Barcelona need to free up around €6.5million (£5.5m) to take Marcus Rashford on loan for the rest of the season, and are hopeful of doing so.
Rashford is set to leave Old Trafford this month and a move to Spain is reportedly top of his list of preferred destinations.
Barcelona appear to have solved their salary issues, but know United want any interested club to take on Rashford's full £325,000-a-week wage to agree to an exit.
Sport report that Barcelona are ready to let at least four players - Ronald Araujo, Eric Garcia, Ansu Fati and Frenkie de Jong - leave to free up funds, which would facilitate Rashford's arrival.
