Tottenham have not given up hope of signing Randal Kolo Muani.
The PSG forward had seemed likely to join Juventus, but L’Equipe report that the Italian club are unable to cover his salary in full and a loan with an obligation to buy has been ruled out.
It’s claimed that Spurs are in talks with PSG and Daniel Levy has an excellent relationship with the club’s hierarchy.
