EFCC: Your emotional blackmail won’t work this time – Bobrisky tells Verydarkma

Popular crossdresser Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, has called out social critic Martins Otse, aka Verydarkman, for the first time since the critic released the controversial voice recording linked to him.

Recall on Tuesday, VDM shared a voice recording allegedly by Bobrisky claiming he bribed officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, with N15m to drop the money laundering charge against him.

In the recording, Bobrisky purportedly boasted that he did not spend a single day in prison after being convicted and sentenced to six months, as his godfather had arranged for him to serve his sentence in a lodge instead.

However, on Wednesday morning, Bobrisky refuted the claims, insisting that the viral recording was fake and that he indeed served his time in prison.

Taking to his Instagram story on Friday, Bobrisky further addressed the issue, stating that he was not afraid of VDM.

He dismissed the critic’s tactics, declaring, “Every emotional blackmail wouldn’t work this time.”

The crossdresser wrote: “Verydarkman all your emotional blackmail won’t work dis time around. You think I’m weak? Just because I chose to calm doesn’t mean I am scared of you.”

In another Instastory post, the crossdresser boldly stated that no one could chase away his helpers with manipulated lies.

Meanwhile, the EFCC has launchedan investigation into the case, and also invited both Bobrisky and Verydarkman to the commission’s Lagos Directorate to assist in uncovering the truth behind the allegations.
