Tottenham are hoping to appoint Rangershead scout Andy Scoulding.
Scoulding would work under sporting director Fabio Paratici
Scoulding was key in Rangers’ recruitment under Steven Gerrard and helped identify the likes of Glen Kamara, Joe Aribo and Calvin Bassey.
Scoulding was previously at Liverpool and is very highly regarded by Steven Gerrard and Gary Neville, having worked as a performance analyst for England.
